WA State Initiative 502
In November 2012, Washington State voters passed Initiative 502 on the General Ballot legalizing Recreational Marijuana. The legalization brought major changes in the law regarding cultivation, processing, preparation, and retail sales of Marijuana, which are now in effect.
Recreational Marijuana became accessible to the general public, 21 years of age and older, on July 8th 2014.
License holders for the Cultivation, Processing, Preparation, and Retail Facilities have stringent guidelines that must be followed.
